Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.

During high-volume periods, holidays, promotional events, or unforeseen carrier delays, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 8–18 business days

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days

Rest of World

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs delays, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is typically available within 24–72 hours after your order has shipped.

If your tracking does not update immediately, this is normal, as carriers may take time to scan and update package movement.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee changes to the address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our control.

Belle Collection is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Stolen packages after delivery

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. Our team is also available to assist where possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Multiple Packages

In some cases, orders may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers and packages that may arrive on different dates.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be changed or canceled.
