30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

  • Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alteration.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Store Credit Option (Recommended)

To make the return process easier and more cost-effective, especially for international customers, we may offer 100% store credit equal to the value of your purchase.

Store credit:

  • Never expires

  • Can be used on any future purchase

  • Allows you to reorder a different size, color, or style without waiting for return processing

Many customers choose this option because international return shipping can be expensive.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Belle Collection cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • The wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at bellecollectionteam@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, washing, or alteration

  • Returns requested outside the 30-day return period

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, orders may have already entered processing or fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.

Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failure to pay customs fees or import duties

  • Failure to collect the package from the carrier

Any refund issued may be reduced by shipping, handling, return, and carrier fees incurred.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first at bellecollectionteam@gmail.com so we can help resolve the matter.

Opening a chargeback without first contacting our support team may delay the resolution process. We maintain shipment records, tracking confirmations, and customer communication records to respond to payment disputes when necessary.
